FREE POSTAGE TO UK on all electronic Furbys. Orders for electronic adult and baby Furbys and friends of Furby such as Shelby and Gizmo qualify for free UK postage via Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders for other items such as Furby beanie buddies and Furby accessories/games will incur a small postage charge, which is calculated by weight automatically at the checkout.
Orders to the UK should arrive between 2 and 4 working days after the order date. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays while the item(s) are in transit.
We aim to have orders processed, packed, and dispatched by the next working day. If you require items before a certain date, please contact us before placing the order, to see if we can dispatch it in time or arrange another postage method such as Special Delivery.
We currently ship all products via Royal Mail Airmail (5-10 working days) to many international destinations, including those in Europe, Asia, the USA and Australia. If you find when you reach the checkout stage that shipping is not availble to your particular country, contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping to that destination. We pride ourselves on our low international shipping rates. These will be automatically calculated at the checkout. For shipping rates table click here
The Adoption Centre should update automatically when a Furby is adopted. However in the unlikely event that any Furbys you order are out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, most likely the same day.
If you wish to return a Furby, please contact us to arrange this. We can only issue refunds on Furbys if they arrive with the customer significantly different from their description. We strive to offer accurate descriptions of each Furby detailing any flaws, which should be read carefully before purchasing. We do not offer refunds on products with personality flaws such as being too sleepy or not sleepy enough. Refunds will be issued using the same method in which the payment was originally made. We will occasionally be able to fix the Furby in question and return it to the customer rather than issue a refund.
Any Furbys or other items returned for refund must be received back within 30 days of the customer receiving the order, and must be in the same condition they were dispatched in, along with all other items that the Furby came with.
Please note that almost all Furbys and other interactive pets sold on this website are second hand toys. As Furbys are electronic items that are now over a decade old, many of them will not look new and may have faults, which are explained in detail on each Furby's description page. Fully functional Furbys are now quite a rare find, and are priced to reflect this. Each Furby is unique and listed individually, so if you adopt (purchase) from us, you will be receiving the exact Furby shown in the picture.
If stated that the Furby has some quirks or faulty features, we retain the right to deny a refund on grounds of faulty product, as the faults have been stated. The customer is liable for all postage costs for returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items lost en-route and would advise recorded or insured delivery.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded, and in the unlikely event that a gift voucher bears an invalid redemption code, we will issue the customer with a replacement.
