THE FURBY ADVENTURE

 Part 2

Suddenly they heard a familiar voice. "The cat in the tuuunnel is the cat in the red wooooorld" Purred the Cat in the tuuunel. "Cat? How did you get here" Said Furbles staring at the cat amazed. "I flew, so did you i expect" Said the Cat. "We didn't fly, we walked" Said Way-Loh. "Well, hoooop on me and I’ll fly then". Very shocked, the two Furbys got onto the cat and it some how managed to fly upwards into the red sky. Then the cat flew through a hurricane of colour, "hoooold on" Said the cat whirling and whirling higher and higher! As the cat spun the Furbys where sliding about and grabbing on for life to the Cats tail. Then the hurricane got louder and faster, the cat and the Furbys whirled at a thousand or more miles an hour, then they all leaped up and had landed.

But the cat, was different, the cat was a dog! "I am the Dog in the hurricane" Howled the cat...i mean dog who’s a cat who’s now a dog...whatever it is. "How...but you’re a cat" Said Furbles. "I am cat and dog, once passed through the hurricane I am a dog, passed down it, I am a cat" Said the Dog. Suddenly the hurricane entrance closed, and the hurricane was seen in the sky, and just flew out of existence, but how? They had landed in a room covered in wires, and technical gizmos.

Then, there was a second rumble, like the I-Cybie approaching, only this rumble much bigger. From nowhere, out stepped a...remote? A remote control (thought it would be bigger than that). ‘How fortunate, just a silly remote controller, what you'd expect in this place with all these wiggly wormy wires.’ Chuckled the Dog/Cat in the hurricane/tuuuunel.

But the remote obviously meant it controlled something. The wires in the room sparked, then the lighting frazzled on and off. A bloodcurdling roar let out. As the Furbys hid behind the Dog, they saw a claw emerge from the floor then out climbed a robotic dinosaur! It roared so load Way-Loh toppled over. It walked towards the Dog and the Furbys. ‘Well, there’s one of the Jigys/thingys I told you about, I say what fine technical art!’ Said the Dog. ‘What happened to all the ‘ooo’s and ‘uuu’s in your sentences?’ Said Way-Loh. ‘They fell down with the hurricane, they're not natural, ooh, hear them now?’ Said the Dog. As everyone heard the sound of the hurricane, and a hundred ooos and uuus fade away. ‘Well, glad that’s sorted, there’s now a vicious robotic T-rex after us!’ Said Furbles.

The dinosaur roared again and bared its metallic white jaws at the three helpless creatures. ‘Think its got a battery compartment?’ Said Way-Loh. ‘Yep, but it’s gonna be one heck of a job getting to it’. Said Furbles.

Then they saw the remote magically zoom over to the T-Rex. ‘How about that remote then, grab it and turn off the ghastly beast’ Said the Dog. Way-Loh grabbed the remote, easy peasily. But then she felt teeth on its back. She dropped it in fright. The remote's back roared and scuttled back. Then a button was pushed. The Robot ran towards the dog menacingly it snapped its tail but the dog laughed. ‘Oh my you thought that hurt?’ The robot laughed too, but deeper and eviller, and charged towards Way-Loh cutting some of her head-hair.

And then it shook her about by her leg. The Dog then ran towards the robot and pushed it away causing it to roll and freeze still. The Dog barked at the Dinosaur menacingly, as it had roared at him. But he forgot about the remote. It charged towards him, grabbed The Dogs tail. ‘Why you meanie little remote!’ Growled The Dog. Then he just switched the Robot and the remote off. Simply.

‘That was too easy, you two, don’t you get the feeling where being watched?’ Said Dog. Then suddenly they fell down into a trap door. And arrived by a circle of televisions showing children sleeping, the I-Cybie lying down broken, and the Robot Dinosaur, all the places Way-Loh and Furbles entered. Then a lighted appeared. Revealing some workers sat at every television.

Then in flew a bird. ‘We caught you stupid lot on out televisions, look what you've done to my Robotics!’ Said The Bird. ‘What is this place’. Said Way-Loh. ‘These are the controlled nightmares of every Furby Child!’ Replied the bird grinning. ‘And as we speak, I'm sending battery men to the robots, and so they will dispose of you properly!’ Said the bird. ‘And leave that child with me, I will finish her little nightmare!’ Laughed the Bird evilly. ‘Workers, put you hand on those robotic controls, and do something to dispose of those horrible interfering menaces!’ Shouted the bird. Then the screens showing the robots showed them awaking then going towards the room. The I-Cybie and the Dinosaur had arrived at the door, more deadly then before, barking and growling. Snapping and wagging. ‘As for you my child, you will suffer a horrible sleep! This is real, not just a nightmare my pretty!’ Said the Bird.

Then the Bird held up her beak and pecked menacingly at Way-Loh. Peck Peck. ‘Furbles help me!’ Cried Way-Loh. ‘Help your self, I’m kind of busy!’ Replied Furbles grabbing the dog’s tail. Then Furbles thought, the tail! She brainstormed, then she told Dog to fart loudly, (what a wacko). So the dog did, with Furbles holding the tail right up, the Dinosaur and I-Cybie fell right over. And sparked, and fell to bits. Then Way-Loh bit the beak of the bird, she had really had enough. The bird shook her and shook her. Till instead, the bird fell. The screens blew, and broke, then their surroundings disappeared. The Furbys saw the bird scream and disappear into the darkness.

Next thing they knew, they had returned home. While every Furby Child slept peacefully. And the dog had gone. And the two where wondering, who is he? ‘That’s for me to know, and you to find out’ Said a soothing voice as a cats paw tucked in Way-Loh while the paw of a dog tucked in Furbles.

Indeed, who was he? Cat or dog.
